ALGOS SPECIAL SERVICER
Algos is the special servicer that implements and enhances Algebris’ investment strategy in Non-Performing Loans, by offering integrated services of Loan Management and Real Estate Management.
It was founded in 2019 as a separate legal entity, licensed under art. 115 T.u.l.p.s., with the aim of creating alignment and continuity between special servicing and the investment activity: a strategy promoted by Algebris aimed at maximizing the value return to investors, with a view to constant growth.
Our all-in-one proprietary services, the strong and recognizable personality defining the company’s strategy, management model and organizational culture allow us to simplify complexities and turn them into value for investors.
